Dear Parents and Carers,

I am very excited to inform you that our annual sports day event will be taking place on

Monday 27th June

The Foundation children will be taking part in a range of competitive sports on the day. The event will be taking place on the fields at Heronsgate School, starting promptly at 1:30pm and finishing approximately 2:30pm.

We would like to invite parents and families to come along and join us to support and cheer the children on. There will be designated areas for spectators to sit and watch our sporting stars.

The children will be taking part in a carousel of 8 different sporting activities as they compete in their house teams. All the children will need to come into school wearing their house colour t-shirt, PE kit and trainers. Children will also need to bring a water bottle and a sunhat.

In the event of bad weather the sports day will be postponed and a text message will be sent out to inform you regarding an alternative date. Further details about the event will be sent out nearer to the date.

We are looking forward to welcoming you all to our exciting event.
