Year 2 explore Microhabitats
This week Year 2 have been exploring microhabitats in our urban habitat. They have been investigating what living creatures need in order to survive and how their habitats must factor in the need for food, water, air and shelter. Exploring which minibeasts live where, the children then went on to design their own bug hotel before making it! We shall look forward to investigating which minibeasts have taken residence in their hotels over the next few weeks.
