Hazard Alley Trip
On Wednesday 22nd and Friday 24th February 2023 our children in Year 2 went on a trip to the Safety Centre (Hazard Alley) in Milton Keynes. 
Here they were involved in many interactive scenarios focusing on several elements of the safety curriculum; from water safety, crossing the road, fire safety and a dedicated session on online safety, our children were involved in making quick decisions when it came to their safety, and the safety of others.
Each child had the opportunity to make a 999 call as a response to one of many scenarios they witnessed. They were guided around the centre and were encouraged to think about their safety in each scenario. The children thoroughly enjoyed their ventures around the safety centre and certainly learnt a lot about staying safe.
