Fun in Foundation!
This week in Foundation we have been looking at different capacities in Maths. The children have loved experimenting with different containers and materials to show ‘full, nearly full, nearly empty and empty’. In English, we have been focusing on the story ‘Dear Zoo’ and the children have enjoyed recreating their own stories, as well as creating some fantastic pieces of writing!
This morning the children discovered the water tray had transformed into an ice tray! The children were amazed, had lots of questions and very quickly began finding different objects to break the ice down.
