First week back!
We hope everyone enjoyed their half term break!
The children have settled back in very well and have enjoyed exploring the new activities. We have jazzed up our mud kitchen (see above), the children have enjoyed cutting and mixing herbs to make soups and cakes.
In topic this week we focused on bonfire night. The children enjoyed sharing their own experiences from home. Our sensory rice tray was set up as a firework scene… this only lasted 1 minute. The children love mixing the colours and pouring the rice out of cups. We have had some amazing firework art that has been created using glitter and chalk.
