Library opening!
Last Friday saw our school library launch after a spectacular transformation from the staff and local community. Our library finally opened its doors to share the love of reading with the community of Heronshaw School. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends joined the children in venturing into our enchanted forest to enjoy our beautiful new space, where the love of reading can be enjoyed in a cosy, inviting space.
Our library opening times have been adapted to suit the family so that children can come after school with their grown ups.
Monday – Foundation – 3.15pm – 4pm
Tuesday – Year One – 3.15pm – 4pm
Wednesday – CLOSED
Thursday – Year Two – 3.15pm – 4pm
Friday – all welcome – 3.15pm – 4pm
Keep the love of reading alive and enjoy borrowing books from the library, which you can keep for up to 2 weeks. Of course you can change earlier if you’d like.
