100th birthday of Sir David Attenborough.

As part of this special day, children across Reception and Key Stage 1 will take part in a range of fun, hands-on activities linked to sustainability, which is an important focus for us as a school. Throughout the day, pupils will explore how we can protect our environment, care for living things, and make small changes that can have a big impact.
Activities will include nature-based learning, creative projects, planting, and opportunities for children to become “mini nature explorers,” inspired by Sir David Attenborough’s work.
To make the day even more exciting, children are invited (optional) to come to school dressed as an animal, explorer, or nature-inspired character. Please don’t feel any pressure; simple, creative outfits are absolutely welcome!
