Singing at Jupiter House

Last week Mrs Calder and her singing club went on a walk in the local community to Jupiter House to share Christmas cheer with the residents, along with Mrs Smith and Mrs Meehan.

The children were received by the residents with a warm welcome and enjoyed singing for them with a range of Christmas carols and more modern Christmas music in the living room in front of a warm fire.

Afterwards the children shared stories and enjoyed talking with the residents of Jupiter House whilst sharing drinks, mince pies and chocolate treats. Santa had even come to visit and left the children a treat in their shoes as well as a little gift. What a wonderful experience for our children to share Christmas cheer in the local community.
